Craving for chips at late night

When I crave for chips at night before going to bed, I easily pick one out of the snack basket and finish the whole pack. When I wake up the next morning, I feel more tired because my organs continue to work during the night to digest the food.


What safety net would be effective for this? Maybe a cup of warm tea? or a glass of wine? Again, I could not control my appetite late yesterday. Let's have a cup of tea at 8 pm from today before it happens.
